Ulrich II of Neuchâtel , also known as Ulrich II of Fenis, (1120/25-about 1191). Count of Fenis, today Vinelz, (which included Nidau, Strassberg and Büren and had for capital Cerlier), lord of Arconciel and Neuchâtel of 1148 to 1191 it intervenes sometimes with that of count. He is the son of Rodolphe I er Neuchâtel and Emma Glane.

As soon as he succeeds his father he contests the donations made by him and his uncle Guillaume de Glâne but in 1149 he changes his mind and abandons his claims. Very pious he participates in the second crusade and his return is divided between Arconciel and Neuchâtel which they will take one or the other name depending on the place where he wrote his acts. He eventually settled in Neuchâtel, where he will build a residence on the hill of Castle, and will undertake the endowment of the Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame of Neuchâtel with his wife Berthe which they wished the edification. Before his death he makes a final endowment to theabbey church Saint-Michel of Fontaine-André.

2.) Ulrich III of Neuchâtel , co-lord then co-count of Neuchâtel and lord of Arconciel-Illens from 1191 to 1225
3.) Berthold de Neuchâtel ("Berthold von Neuenburg"), (? - 13 July 1220 10 ), treasurer of the church of Lausanne in 1196, provost of Basel in 1208-1209 , then of Neuchâtel in 1209, bishop of Lausanne from 1212 at 1220. Prince of the Empire and subdeacon of the Roman church, he participated in the Fourth Lateran Council in 1215 and died while preparing to participate in the Sixth Crusade.
