!In 863/64 the Margrave Eberhard von Friuli, the son or grandson of the royal messenger Unruoch (802-817) and husband of the KAROLINGERIN Gisela (daughter of Emperor LUDWIGS DES FROMMEN), determined by his will, as his numerous estates in Lombardy, in Friuli, in Swabia, Franconia, Flanders, Maasland and West Franconia among his children [The children from the marriage of Eberhard of Friuli to the Emperor's daughter Gisela are listed twice by the parents themselves: a) in Eberhard's will and b) in the von Gisela compiled an undated list. Since the two series do not agree with each other in the order of the children, one will not be able to rely exclusively on one of the two catalogs and ignore the other. There is only agreement in the sequence of the four sons Unruoch, BERENGAR, Adalhard and Rudolf; on the other hand, the ranking of the daughters varies greatly. That the daughters were not born in a closed sequence after the sons (as the will enumerates) makes sense: here the sons are called first and then the daughters closed. It also seems questionable to me whether Dümmler's assumption that his son Eberhard, who died very early again, was the couple's first son can be upheld. Dümmler concluded this only from a phrase in Sedulius' funeral poem about the death of this imperial grandson; for reasons of time, however, Eberhard's birth must be later. The life dates of all children and grandchildren of Margrave Eberhard make it probable that Unruoch was the eldest son and Angiltrud was the eldest daughter. Unruoch and Angiltrud are the names of Eberhard's parents; the oldest children were given the names of their paternal grandparents. LUDWIG DER FROMME married his second wife Judith in the middle of February 819; Gisela must have been the first child of this marriage and must have been born around the end of 819. Like her grandmother Hildegard (who married in the 13th year), Gisela got married at a very young age, around 14 years old, around 833/34. The children of Eberhard and Gisela were born in quick succession from 834/35 (the time frame given below may be even shorter due to twin births). In keeping with their high rank, the daughters of this marriage got married again at a very young age. According to the known and accessible data, the order of all children is probably this: 1. Unruoch * about 834 2. Berengar * about 835 3. Adalhard * about 836 4. Angiltrud * about 837 5. Judith * about 838 6. Heilwig * about 839 7. Eberhard * approx. 840 8. Rudolf * approx. 842 9. Gisela * approx. 845 Because of the importance that these children have in the imperial history of the 9th century, it is important to determine the dates of their lives in detail. http://www.manfred-hiebl.de/genealogie-mittelalter/unruochinger/eberhard_markgraf_von_friaul_866/decker_hauff.html!

The reverse is actually correct: Raoul de Gouy is the father of Raoul de Cambrai. A second discrepancy is making Raoul de Gouy's wife Hildegard, when most historical records name Raoul de Gouy's wife Adelais, the daughter of French King Charles III (Charles the Simple) and sister of King Louis IV.
