Family of Arnulf " has a charter dated April 754, it records a claim by Fulchardus advocatus...Nivelongo comiti (Fulcoard Advocate...Count Nibelung) before Theoderico comiti relating to property "in pago Augustidunense in Villa Balgico...de villa Patricaco granted to Hildebranno " by Karolus. Fulcoald is an Advocate for his younger brother Nibelung before Count Theoderic that the property was in the family given originally by Karolus. It was awarded to Fulchard and Nibelung.
