  12 And after they were brought to Babylon, Jechonias begat Salathiel; and Salathiel begat Zorobabel;
  13 And Zorobabel begat Abiud; and Abiud begat Eliakim; and Eliakim begat Azor;
  
  Salathiel and his brothers cannot have been born before Mar 597BC. Theories they were all born before 600BC by someone else and Jeconiah adopted them is inconsistant with the above scripture which has them born after Mar 597BC.

  This person is part of the genealogies listed in Chronicles are one of the descendants of the Kings of Judah, and is part of the genealogy of Jesus through Jacob the father of Joseph Mary's husband. It is not the Shealtiel/Salathiel who appears in Luke 3 as one of the ancestors of Jesus through Heli.

   Note: SEALTIEL [Pedido (Indagado) a Deus]. Descendente do Rei Davi e antepassado de Jesus na tribo de Judá. Sealtiel é chamado filho tanto de Joaquim (Jeconias) como de Néri. Tanto Sealtiel como seu irmão Pedaías são chamados de pai do pós-exílico governador Zorobabel. Quanto ao pai de Sealtiel: Sealtiel é alistado primeiro entre os filhos nascidos a Joaquim durante o seu exílio. (1Cr 3:17; Mt 1:12) Se Sealtiel se tiver casado com uma filha de Néri, da qual não se dá o nome, através de quem Lucas traça a genealogia de Jesus, Sealtiel talvez fosse chamado por Lucas como sendo “de Néri” no sentido de que era o genro dele.
