  曲沃桓叔（公元前802年─公元前731年），姬姓，名成师，谥号桓，排行为叔。晋穆侯之子，晋文侯之弟，春秋时期晋国曲沃封君。
  公元前745年，受封曲沃（今山西省曲沃县），时年五十八岁。曲沃桓叔有德行和才能，在百姓心中威望很高，所以多许有志之士纷纷投奔他。
  公元前739年，晋国大臣潘父弑杀晋昭侯，迎立曲沃桓叔。曲沃桓叔想入晋都翼城，但遭国人攻打，曲沃桓叔只好退回曲沃。晋国人立晋昭侯之子平为君，是为晋孝侯。
  公元前731年，曲沃桓叔去世，终年七十二岁。曲沃桓叔死后，经过儿子曲沃庄伯、孙子晋武公的数十年努力，最终曲沃消灭苟延残喘的晋国公室，重新统一晋国
