=== Life Sketch ===

It is reasonable to infer that, after 皋陶 passed away and cannot reign in stead of 禹, 禹 would give the throne to 皋陶 son, 益, or later known as 伯益.

Note: "Qin Benji": From "Historical Records Volume V·Qin Benji Fifth", the author is Sima Qian, a historian in the Western Han Dynasty. It mainly tells the history of the state of Qin in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period from the rise and development to the dominance of the world, and the king of Qin's victory and unification of the country. The Qin people were a branch of the Huaxia tribe who moved westward, and their monarch was named Ying. Qin's original territory was in the western part of Shaanxi Province today, which belonged to the marginal part of China at that time. Qin was also relatively backward in the early Warring States period, and only began to change after Shang Yang's reform. In 325 BC, King Qin Hui became king, and Qin destroyed Shu in 316 BC. Since then, Qin has officially become a big country. In 246 BC, the King of Qin Yingzheng came to the throne and took power in 238 BC, starting his conquest of the Six Kingdoms. From the time Qin destroyed Korea in 230 BC, Qin destroyed Qi in 221 BC and unified China. In 207 BC, the State of Qin was destroyed in the Peasant War at the end of Qin Dynasty.
