Urk.1241, Tod nach 1272, vasall of the King of Denmark, the archbishop of Riga and the Bishop of Dorpat at the same Time. Together with his half Brother Dietrich von Kyvel, he conquered eastern Estonia in 1250, large Parts of Ingermanland and begann the construction of the Castle of Narva. He also petitioned the pope to erect a New Diocese in the conquered area. He was the progenitor of the family von Rosen through his three sons.
