  When Sir Knight William, 7th Earl of Stourton, DeStanley was born in 1322 in Storeton, Cheshire, England, his father, Sir, was 39 and his mother, Lady, was 32. He married Lady Alice Massey in 1357 in Timperley, Cheshire, England. They had one child during their marriage. He died on June 23, 1398, in Stourton, Staffordshire, England, having lived a long life of 76 years.
