  Per Royal Ancestry (Vol. IV, p. 14), her parents are unknown. It says that she is possibly the daughter of William de Montfichet.
  
  Alienor de Montfichet married Sir Richard FitzMarmaduke, Steward of Durham, son of Sir John FitzMarmaduke, Sheriff of North Durham and Isabel de Brus, circa 1295; No issue.
  
  Alienor de Montfichet married Sir Robert de Umfraville, 2nd Earl Angus, Lord Umfraville, son of Sir Gilbert de Umfraville, 2nd Earl of Angus and Elizabeth Comyn, after 1318; They had 2 sons (Sir Robert; & Sir Thomas).7,2,3,4,5 Alienor de Montfichet married Sir Roger Mauduit, Chamberlain of Scotland, Sheriff of Northumberland before 16 August 1327.
