  John Braybrooke was born in 1220, Braybrooke, Northamptonshire, England. He passed away in 1293, Braybrooke, Northamptonshire, England. He was the son of Henry Braybrook and Christiana Ledet.
  
  Sir John Braybrooke was married to Joan Weldebof. Sir John Braybrooke and Joan his wife, 'the heirs of the Weldebœufs,' held a moiety of the Colmworth property in 1283. Joan, was seised of the property in 1302 after the 1293 death of Sir John, and left it to their son Gerard de Braybrooke, who held Colmworth vill in 1316.

  Lora Picot, married Gerard De Braybrooke, son of John de Braybrooke, by Joan, daughter of Walter de Weldebof. He was born about 1264. They had several sons, including Gerard, John, and Henry, and probably Richard, and Simon. Sir Gerard De Braybrooke was living in 1325. His widow, Lora, was living 17 Nov. 1328.
