  Agnes was the daughter of Simon de Kyme and Rose de Danifer. She married Herbert d'Orreby about 1259.
  
  Herbert de Orreby, son of Alard de Orreby, with Agnes, his wife, founded the priory of Hagneby, Lincoln. He had three sons:
  
  1.) John, whose only daughter and heiress married Robert Willoughby of Eresby
  
  2.) Phillip of Alvanley
  
  3.) Herbert, grantee of Gawsworth, Cheshire, from Richard de Aldford.
