  Seigneur de Condé-sur-Escaut (1218-1230) ,Seigneur de Beloeil (1197-1230), Seigneur de Nalinnes, Seigneur de Morialmé et de Fraire (1220), Seigneur de Ham (sur-Heure) et de Cour-sur-Heure (1218-1230), Seigneur d'Ellignies-Sainte-Anne.
  Nicolas married, as her first husband, Elisabeth de Morialmes, daughter of Arnoul IV de Morialmes & his wife Jeanne de Bailleul, heiress of Bailleul. She was born about 1190 and they married around 1208 when she was 18 years old. The couple lived in Condé and had 3 children:
