"In 1187 livery of Kidderminster was given to Manasser's heir, who seems to have been his son Henry. Henry Biset paid £8 as the farm of the town for one quarter in 1194. In 1201, however, Geoffrey Fitz Piers was holding the manor at farm from King John, but Henry Biset the dapifer received a new grant from the king of this and other manors, and agreed (May 1199) to pay 500 marks in instalments for the vills of Kidderminster and Sandhurst.
"Kidderminster appears to have been restored to the Bisets after King John's death. It does not appear whether Henry Biset's heir, his son William, ever actually held the manor. William's widow, Sarah, married Richard Keynes (de Cahannis), and in 1223 failed to defend her claim to dower in Kidderminster against her daughter-in-law Isolde, widow of William Biset the younger, and her second husband, Aumary St. Amand. Under an exchange with John Biset, brother and heir of the younger William, Aumary held the whole manor instead of the third which was his wife's dower. In 1228 he had grant of free warren and a yearly fair."
Isolde was the widow of Henry and the mother-in-law, Sarah being the widow of William the younger and the daughter-in-law
"This grant was renewed to John Biset in 1238."
«b»Priory of Maiden Bradley«/b»
"Manasser's son, Henry Biset, succeeded him as patron of the hospital.

Manser or Manasser Bisset, Lord of Kidderminster in Worcestershire, was Sewer to King Stephen, and in 1165 held a fee at Chaucy in the bailifry of Coutances (Duchesne, Feod. Norm.).
He was "one of the Witnesses to the Accord made betwixt that King and Henry Duke of Normandy, touching the Succession of the said Henry to the Crown of this Realm."
He was, says Camden, "a most noble personage in his time," and founded a priory for secular priests at Bradley in Wiltshire, which he amply endowed; his son Henry confirming his grants. Henry had no heir, and was succeeded by another Henry, his nephew, son of William.
