"A passage in the Ban-Shenchus which gives the children of Derbail, dau. of Tairdelbach mac Briain by Dubhcobhlach of Hy Kinsale (who had six children by five husbands) and therefore a step-sister of Find mac Chaellluide, says that 'Find m. Dunlaing m. Diarmada' was blinded for her sake. I suspect that this is Find mac Chaelluide, but have not yet determined whether his grandfather's name was Diarmait. The account of his daughter's children in the same work calls him 'Find m. Dunlaing hUi Ceallaig', which would be O'Kelly rather than O'Keeley; fortunately , all doubt is eliminated by the entry pertaining to his daughter's death in 1152, which reads 'The daughter of mac Caellaighe, wife of Laeighseach mac Mordha, died', this being a variant spelling for O'Keeley. A passage for 1103 in the same annals may refer to Find or to his brother; 'Donnchadh, son of Enna, was blinded by the son of Dunlaing mac Caellaighi.'"
