   Note: Owain ap Maredudd ab Owain[1] Owain, one of Maredudd ab Owain's four sons, married Angharad, daughter of "Owein ab Middh ab Roppert".[2] Owain was born 1230 or 1243.[citation needed][3] When his father died in March 1264,[4] "the territory of Maredudd was divided between 'his sons Owen, Griffith and Cynan'."[5] Owain and his wife had one child: Llewelyn, died 1309.[1] Owain ap Maredudd ab Owain ap Gruffudd ap Lord Rhys died 15 August 1275 and was bured at Strata Florida.[6] Angharad was living 4 January 1278.[7]
