=== Life Sketch ===
John de la Bere of Kinnersley, Herefordshire was the son of Richard de la Bere and Sybil de Chabbonare. It appears that he married a woman called Agnes, possibly the daughter of Sir Payne de Turberville. He predeceased his wife and his father. The family inheritence fell to Kynard de la Bere who was most likely the son, but possibly the brother, of John.
John de la Bere of Kinnersley should not be confused with John de la Bere of Weobley Castle in Glamorganshire (which should not be confused with Weobley in Herefordshire). John of Glamorganshire married Agnes de Turberville and the descendents of their daughters Elizabeth and Margaret, inherited Weobley Castle (in Glamorganshire) following the extinction of the male line with the death of Thomas de la Bere in 1414.
