=== WARNING: THREE WILLIAM RIPLEYS HAVE BEEN COMBINED. ===
There are three William Ripleys that are being combined:
1) William who married an UNKNOWN, at an unknown date & location, but had children at Wymondham, Norfolkshire, England, from 1616 thru 1630, before emigrating to New England in 1638 & settling in Hingham, MA.
2) William who married Elizabeth Banks (not Katherine... they were TWO DIFFERENT WOMEN, PERHAPS, sisters, baptized separately) the 13th of Nov., 1618, at Moulton, Lincolnshire, England, & had children there from 1620 thru 1626.
3) William who married a Katherine UNKNOWN, at an unknown date & location, but had children at Stepney, Middlesex, England, from 1629 thru 1634.
Stepney & Moulton are over hundred miles away from each other; Stepney & Wymondham are over hundred miles away from each other; & Wymondham & Moulton are over hundred miles away from each other.
Please note, while it's conceivable that, Wm.'s 2 & 3 could be the same man - if Elizabeth died & he moved hundred miles away to marry again, to Katherine Unknown - it's impossible that 2 or 3 could be the William (1) who emigrated to Hingham, MA, as that William was having children from circa 1616 to 1630 in Wymondham.
