Some time since, I sent in some records on the Dyer family of Rhode Island, taken from an old record book in the possession of the members of this family in this State and which was over one hundred years old. I was delighted to have a correspondent state that these cleared up some obscure and also incorrect records published in Rhode Island Vital Records. It has occured to me that I have much valuable material from original sources that to my knowledge has never been published and which I have secured over a period of twenty years. This I shall be glad to place at the disposal of readers of these columns, for many times I have had recourse to them with my problems. Living so far from the source of records, except for periodical visits to the East, and with no historical library of consequence in the State or close by, I find it difficult to secure information. Also, as one of the editors of the Beach Family Magazine, I have secured much information of collateral lines. I would appreciate any information anyone may have on the Beach Family. POTTER.
