Margery was born c 1369 in,Over Peover, Kinderton, Middlewich, Cheshire. She was the daughter of Hugh de Venables, Baron of Kinderton Margary Cotton. She married Sir Richard de Bulkeley, son of William de Bulkley and Alice Bostock, circa 1387.[1] She married Randle (Rafe) Mainwaring in 1393, for which he had to later petition the king for permission.
She died in 1459 at Over Peover, Cheshire,England.

Margery first husband was Richard de Bulkeley, son of William de Bulkeley and Alice de Vernon. They married in 1387 in Cheadle, Cheshire, England. He died November 11, 1391 in Cheadle.
Margery married as her second husband Randle Mainwaring in 1391, at Kinderton, Cheshire, England.
Margery ad Randle are buried in the south chapel that contains a canopied tomb with the effigies of Randle Mainwaring in a complete suit of plate armour, his feet resting on a lion and his head on the family crest, and his wife Margery in a long robe and an ornate head-dress.
