  Beatrice married William Chichele by February 1390. They were the parents of two daughters and a son, whose spendthrift ways caused many problems for the family, and must have blighted his father's last years, not least because of his heavy borrowing from William Oliver.
  
  Beatrice is erroneously said to have been the daughter of William Baret. In her husbands will he names her parents as John and Christine.
