  Sir John Cavendish is the son of Sir John Cavendish and Alice de Odyngseles .1 He married Joan Clopton, daughter of Sir William Clopton.1
  Sir John Cavendish was invested as a Knight for his role in the Peasants' Revolt.1 He supposedly killed Wat Tyler druing the Peasants' Revolt.1 He held the office of Esquire of the Body to King Richard II.1
