York, 1/3 of six scor of wood in Escrock & Vs- the Abbot of Gerevall, 1/3 of a messuage, land & medow in Scurneton - The Abbot of Jervall & others vouched to warrany AVICE Lascelles on account of charters of PICOT Lascelles, uncle of AVICE, whose heir she is, which charters of feffeoment they produce. AVICE Lascelles comes & says she claims nothing in the land by descent from Picot, because all her right therin is derived from a fine made between PICOT & 1 ROGER Lascelles, her brother, whose heir she is, by which fine it was agreed between them that PICOT should recognize all the lands which he held in Escrick , Scuton & Thirnetoft to be the right of ROGER & for this recognition, ROGER granted the whole land for life, in such a way that if Picot should have an heir of his body, then the whole land should be divied between the heirs of Picot & the heirs of ROGER & if Picot should died without an heir of his body, then the land should go to ROGER & his heirs, as Picot did dies without heirs of his body, the whole land reverted to AVICE as sister & heir of ROGER

Roger acknowledged the manor to be the right of adam & Avicia as that which they have of his gift, to hold to them of ROGER & his heirs for the life of them both, which they have by his gift - after their deaths, the manor shall revert to Roger & his heirs, to hold to the chief lords and ADAM & AVISIA granted to ROGER - the manors of Fulstowe & Alesby to hold to him & his heirs & the heirs of begotten by ADAM & AVISIA - If Adam should die without heirs of his body, the manor shall revert back to said ADAM & AVICIA

no date - Avice Lascelles & husband Adam Pontoise - granted to - Monks of Fountains Abbet - that they should pay to Philip de la LEY & Maud his wife, the Forinsec service due from their land of Kirkby Wiske, which the MONKs held of ADAM & AVICE, so that after Maud's death, the whole service should revert to then & Avice's heirs (This Maud if her uncle Picot Lascelles widow)
