=== John de Bidun, brief history ===
See "Chamberlains in the Ancestry of the Marbury Sisters", The Genealogist,Vol.13 (1999) pp 189ff. ALICE MAUDIT married JOHN DE BIDUN, who succeeded his father, Halneth de Bidun, in Lavendon, Buckinghamshire, before 1156. In 1166 the lands were held by the service of 5 ½ knights fees for the honor (i.e., barony) of Lavendon. He died in about 1180. In 1185 his widow, Alice, was in the gift of King Henry II. She was described as Aliz de Bidune aged 50 years, lady of Lathbury, who was sister of William (III) Maudit, and widow of John de Bidun, son and heir of Halenald de Bidun by his first wife, Sara. Alice at this time has a son, already dead, and five daughters. In 1210 Alice was dead, and her five daughters and their husbands were identified, the last being Ermengard wife of Adulf de Gatesden.

Publication: Name: http://www.british-history.ac.uk/topographical-hist-norfolk/vol5/pp474-483;
Note: Theire can be convolution in these lines if not reading the source material correctly, as I found out. Haveladi had two wives, Sara and then Agnes. His three children came from Sara, they are: Amicia who married Gerard de Limesi, Sara who married William Paynel, and a John who had 5 girls and 1 boy named john, the later died without issue and so the estate went to his 5 sisters, one of which is also named Amice or Amy and she married a Clinton, there was also another Sarah who married a Beauchamp. Do NOT these sisters confused with the Aunts, I have put this with all of the children as to not get them confused. Here is another article that can explain it:
