  When Sir Duncan Campbell 6th. Knight of Lochawe was born in 1153, in Glassary, Argyll, Scotland, his father, Sir Gillespic Archibald Campbell 5th. Knight of Lochow, was 23 and his mother, Lady Finvol "Finetta" Fraser, was 16. He married Findoig MacGillivrail in 1198, in Lochawe, Argyll, Scotland, United Kingdom. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 2 daughters. He died in 1235, in Lamont, Argyll, Scotland, at the age of 82, and was buried in Scotland.
  
  Archibald "Dugald" Campbell, 7th Knight of Lochow,
  succeeded his father, and married his cousin, Finlay,
  daughter to Naughton MacGillivrail, descended of
  Malcolm MacDuibhn before he went to Normandy. By
