According to "The History of Luton" (specified below), Robert de Hoo I is the one who was married to Anne Griffith Evans, not Robert Hoo II. That makes more sense, since she was actually born in 980, not in 1015.

He married Anne, the daughter of Idenor Guido, Lord Griffith of Wales, who died the 26th of October, Anno......and lieth buried in this church, where his arms were depicted with those of his wife. Hoo & Griffith, B., a griffin rampant with wings displayed, O." (Sir Henry Chauncey, p. 510.)
