The Life Summary of Colin Cailen Maol Maith
When Sir Colin Cailen Maol Maith Campbell 5th knight of Lochow, Thane of Argyll was born in 1096, in Lochawe, Argyll, Scotland, United Kingdom, his father, Duncan MacDurine Campbell, was 26 and his mother, Dorothy Diorbahil Dorvail MacFiacir, was 54. He had at least 5 sons with Eiall Eth. He died in 1177, in Oban, Argyll and Bute, Scotland, United Kingdom, at the age of 81, and was buried in Lochawe, Argyll, Scotland.
Duncan MacDwine Campbell, son to Eva

of Over Lochow, which, being at the time divided into
three parts, was now united and possessed by the
family of Argyll, who were designated Knights of
Lochow and Thanes of Argyll. Duncan had by his
wife Dervail one son, Cailen, and was contemporary
with Donald the Seventh and Duncan the Second, the
87th and 88th Kings of Scotland; died in 1097.
