  Humbert IV de Beaujeu se marie ([1160]) comme son second mari, avec AGNES de Thiern Dame de Montpensier-en-Auvergne, veuve de RAYMOND de Bourgogne Comte de Grignon [Capet], fille de GUY de Thiern Seigneur de Montpensier et son épouse ---.
  La source principale qui confirme sa filiation n'a pas été identifiée. Ses deux mariages sont déduits de la Chronique d'Alberic de Trois-Fontaines qui nomme " Agnes de Montepancerii in Alvernia " comme la mère de " domni de Belloioco Wichardi " (son fils par son second mariage) et précise qu'elle était également mère de " Mathilde comitisse Nivernensis " 1] . « Agnes comitissa de Monte Pancero et de Grinnumniaco» Fait don de revenus annuels à Cîteaux, pour les âmes de« domni mei Raimundi filiique nostri Hugonis », par charte datée de 1156 après juin [2] .
