  Although the book "CAPTIVE" by P Gifford LONGLEY is written from a fictional prospective, it is about his historical family. The children are with the right parents and the happenings are as according to history, however, there could be some events that are not exactly right, hopefully with time and patience we will be able to find all the answers.
  
  Lydia Pease died after the birth of her daughter Lydia, she had no other children. William, Elizabeth, John and Jemima along with Joseph, Nathaniel and Zachariah were all Deliverence's children.
  
  From some research that I have run into Jemima was scalped and left for dead, but she survived, & married.
