He married (contractdated 12 Mar 1346/47) Elizabeth, daughter of Ralph de Stafford, 1st Earl of Stafford, by his second wife, Margaret, daughter and heir ofHugh de Audley, Earl of Gloucester. He died without male issue 30 Aug1349. Elizabeth married secondly to Sir John de Ferrers and third,Reynold de Cobham, 2nd Lord Cobham. She died 7 Aug 1375. Fulk and Elizabethhad two daughters who were infants at their father's death, Joan, whomarried John Careless or Carless, and Eleanor, who married Edward de Acton. However, a Hampton jury found that Fulk had died without heir ofhis body and declared his younger brother John to be his heir.
