Ancestory.com=== Life Sketch ===
During this period there are records of different individuals who lived near Hooley House and it’s neighboring estate, Woods Place, all being called of the same surnames. Edmund from the woods (c.1130 - after 1160) is believed to have had a son also carrying the name Edmund from the woods (c. 1160 - c. 1180). We do know that this second Edmund had a son Peter de Wyckhurst (c. 1180 - c. 1220). Peter de Wyckhurst then had a son of the same name, Peter de Wyckhurst (c. 1195 - c. 1220).
When Peter de Wyckhurst (c. 1195 - c. 1220) purchased Hooley House in 1204 AD from Bertan Marten the Abbot of Chertsey Abbey, the family set down it’s roots and prepared to become one of the influential families in Great Britain.

This is what I found on a blog. Not everything matches up. If anyone has a more credible source, it would be most appreciated. I'm working on contacting the owner of the blog to ask where he got his information from. Other sources have confirmed that there were two Edmunds, although the dates don't all line up perfectly
