Albreda (Aubrie) de Lisures (de Lacy) Birthdate: estimated between 1069 and 1103 Death: Immediate Family:
Daughter of Robert de Lacy, Lord of Pontefract and Matilda
Wife of Robert de Lisures
Mother of Albreda de Lisures
Sister of Robert de Lacy; Ilbert de Lacy, II; Henry de Lacy, Baron of Pontefract and Lord of Blackburnshire; Jordan de Lacy and Ralph le Roux, of Pont Echanfre
5. AUBREYE de Lacy . According to The Complete Peerage, Aubreye de Lisours, successor of Robert de Lacy was his cousin[144], implying that her mother was Robert’s paternal aunt. This appears to be confirmed by the 1130 Pipe Roll which records "Robt de Lusor" in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and that he married "sorore Ilbti de Laci"[145].
An apparently different version of Aubreye’s parentage is provided by a manuscript history of the Lacy family which records that “Albreda vel Aubreia, filia Roberti Lisours, soror ex parte matris” succeeded on the death of “Robertus Lacy”[146]. If this is correct, Aubreye’s father was the [first/second] husband of Robert de Lacy’s mother. As the husband of Aubreye junior died in 1163, the chronology suggests that, if this version is correct, it is more probable that Aubreye was the daughter of her mother’s first marriage. It appears from the 1130 Pipe Roll that the Complete Peerage version is to be preferred. m ROBERT de Lisours, son of --- ([before 1120?]-after 1167).

=== According to "South Yorkshire, History o ===
According to "South Yorkshire, History of the Deanery of Doncaster", Revd. Joseph Hunter 1828, the estates (The Honour of Pontefract) now passed to Henry's half sister Albreda de Lizours, the daughter of Henry's mother by her second husband Robert de Lizours of Sprotborough. But Hunterlater showed by examining Pipe Rolls that it is more likely that Albreda was Henry's cousin and the grand-daughter of the first Robert de Laci. Glover however places Albreda as the sister to the second Ilbert de Laci. She marrying Robert de Lizours, they had a daughter, Albreda de Lizours, who married firstly Sir William Fitz-Godric (Earl Fitz-William, Lord of Elmley) and secondly Richard Fitz-Eustace the constable of Cheshire who died before 1178.
