Louis de Brienne was the son of Jean I de Brienne, Emperor of Constantinople and Berengaria de Castilla.
He married Agnes, Vicomtesse de Beaumont, daughter of Raoul VIII, Vicomte de Beaumont and Agnes (?), on 12 February 1253.
He died after 1263.
He was also known as Louis d'Acre.
After his marriage, Louis de Brienne was styled as Vicomte de Beaumont, jure uxoris.
